Return Policy

We hope that you are always satisfied with any products that you purchase from SoutheasternOutdoor.com. Original sales receipt must accompany all returns and we must be notified of any returns made to us ahead of time. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. All sales over 30 days of receipt are considered final. Please direct all return correspondence to returns@southeasternoutdoor.com.

Defective merchandise will be accepted within 30 days of purchase and a replacement or full refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment type. We will arrange for the issuance of a return postage label at the customer’s request.

Damaged goods upon arrival will be accepted within 7 days of customer’s receipt of product. Contact us immediately if there are damaged products in your shipment. Please keep all boxes and shipping material that are damaged in case of inspection by carrier. We will arrange for the issuance of a return postage label at the customer’s request.

Any other returns for any reason will be accepted for 30 days from the customer’s receipt of the product. These returns will be at the customer’s expense, the original shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items must be in original condition, unused and unaltered. The refund will be sent to the customer in the same form as the original payment.
